The Rebirth of a 30-Year-Old Bathroom
This bathroom hadn’t been renovated in over 30 years when the clients approached me to help breathe new life into it. The clients didn’t have a specific vision in mind, so I created a 3D rendering to show them what the final result might look like. They loved the design, so we began the complete renovation based on it: demolition, plumbing, tiling, and installing fixtures. Another prefab bathhouse
Yesterday, I successfully handed over a prefab bathroom that was built using only high-quality materials. It features a completely new plumbing system and a floor-to-ceiling partition wall that doubles as a shower enclosure with a recessed shelf. The faucets are by Grohe, and the shower enclosure is by Radaway. There are still a few finishing touches to be made, and the furniture needs to be installed, but the result already speaks for itself.
